Someone In Austin Makes Hook ‘Em Horns Donuts

These Hook ’em Horns donuts look delicious and we’ve been seeing them everywhere on Twitter, Facebook, and  Reddit.

Redditor /u/ImNotSquinting posted a photo and got the response we all want to know and the answer is: Donut Taco Palace #3 located at 6214 N. Lamar in Austin, Texas.

You’re welcome.

Why Cedar Fever Sucks Almost As Much As OU

It comes around every January to Austin, Texas. If you’re brand new here, you probably don’t know what it is. It usually take 2-3 years before you catch it…and it ain’t fun.

Below is a pic that looks like smoke, but it’s actually Cedar pollen flyin’ through the air in the Green Belt.

It’s called Cedar Fever and yes, it’s that bad.

For one, it’ll turn you into a monster.

Your eyes will tear up so bad in the middle of the day…people will think you were this kid from OU.

It’s so bad, people will think you were high…

Or, think you’ve turned into some sort of zombie…

Or, that you’ve just broken up with your boyfriend/girlfriend…

And yes, it’ll make you feel as if someone just punched you in the face…

And, just kept on punching you all. day. long.

To the point where you won’t even remember your own name…

But, don’t worry. Because it’ll be over soon and you’ll remember one thing.

OU STILL SUCKS!

Mack Brown Will Tailgate With You Next Season

Last night, Mack Brown tweeted that he had never gone to a tailgate before. Can you believe it? We’d be the first to smoke a brisket with Coach. Who’s in?

Of course, he said he was havin’ fun.

But, we offered it up anyways…you know, just in case.

Come to our tailgate, Mack!

Texas Strong

Aside from an awkward hug from Bill Powers, Coach Charlie Strong’s First Press Conference Went Well

Not quite as bad as French President Francois Hollande’s many failed attempts at handshakes, but funny nevertheless. What did you think of Coach Strong’s first press conference?

Charlie Strong’s Announcement Still Uses Mack Brown’s URL

We got word today from a Longhorn Humor follower on Twitter that Charlie Strong’s announcement is still being hosted on MackBrown-TexasFootball.com.

C’mon, IT guys!

Coach Strong will have his first press conference tomorrow at 11AM on TexasSports.com.

I’m excited and my family is excited to have the chance to lead one of the premier football programs in the country. Texas is one of those places that is always on your radar and a program anyone would dream of being a part of because you have a chance to compete on a national level every year. It’s special because it has such great history, pride, tradition and passion for football.

To follow a future Hall of Fame coach like Mack Brown, who built a program that had great success and a reputation of doing it with class and integrity, is extra special. The National Championship, BCS Bowl wins and all he accomplished in 16 years built on the Longhorn legacy and makes it such an exciting place to be.
